C3I IN PARTNERSHIP WITH EUROPE

C3i Europe has recently been commissioned by The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe Mission to Serbia (OSCE) to conduct an analysis for the needs in relation to the enhancement of Informant Handling in the fight against transnational Organised Crime in Serbia.

The initial work required a close liaison with specialist departments of the Serbian Police including Organised Crime Service, Crime Prevention Service, Financial Crime Department, Anti-Drug Department and General Crime Department

The commission required a complete review of the processes and training for the Serbian Police. The recommendations include an integrated national IT solution, the development of a centre of excellence and a complete ‘End to End’ training package.

The OSCE have now completed a project proposal which have incorporated the observations made by C3i Europe. The OSCE have again approached C3i Europe to conduct a similar consultancy within Montenegro it is anticipated that this commission will be completed by August 2006.
