C3i Europe has combined with PS-4 Software to develop an 'Online Auction Site' monitoring and analysis tool, Etelligencia, to enhance its already proactive and reactive grey market investigation process.

The two parties bring a wealth of diverse and valuable experience to the venture, having spent many years involved in the law enforcement and intelligence agencies and latterly the commercial/retail environment.

Etelligencia combines services and technologies into one holistic solution for brand protection, delivering an integrated intelligence led crime detection, prevention and reduction service.
